Chief Executive Officer
William Fuller is CEO of Worldwide Distribution, LLC and the founder and owner of Fulco Development Incorporated, a real estate development company headquartered in Norfolk, VA that specializes in small and large-scale urban revitalization projects. Fulco partnered with the City of Norfolk and will soon break ground on a full-service conference center, hotel and public parking garage valued in excess of $125 million.

While Fulco has recently received media and community attention for its revitalization efforts, William is no stranger to success or to the media. He is perhaps best known for his 13-year professional football career as a defensive end with the Houston Oilers, Philadelphia Eagles, and San Diego Chargers. During his stellar football career, William went to the Pro Bowl four times. He is one of the NFL’s all-time sack leaders with more than 100 recorded sacks.

William’s college football career was equally impressive. While at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, William was named All-American twice and All-ACC three times. William has been inducted into the university’s Sports Hall of Fame.

Perhaps most impressive is William’s record of public service, community activism and philanthropy. William has raised more than $5 million for diabetes research through personal fundraising efforts and through the William Fuller Celebrity Golf Tournament in Houston, now in its fifteenth year. During his football career, William also supported the United Way, Special Olympics, Ronald McDonald House and the Boys’ Clubs of America.

Locally, William and his wife have helped support the Chesapeake Care Free Clinic by hosting an annual golf tournament and auction that have raised more than $350,000 to date. He also volunteers his time and talents working with Hampton Roads youth.

William serves on a number of boards including the Board of Visitors at UNC at Chapel Hill; the Norfolk Convention and Visitors Bureau; the National Association of Black Hotel Owners, Operators and Developers; and the International Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation Chancellors Board.

William lives in Norfolk, VA with his wife and their four daughters.
